Located at the backdrop of the mighty Western Ghats mountain ranges, the 200 year old palace originally belonged to the Vengunads. The palace was said to be encircled with meadows and greenery specially the Venga trees. The trees had a miraculous healing capabilities which increased the focus on the palace. It is believed that the fresh pure air and the clear spring waters had surprisingly healed Prince Dharmavarman who was suffering from severe skin ailments. The treatment applied consists of therapeutic massages, detoxification, controlled diet, yoga and meditation sessions. The combined effect is responsible for increasing metabolism resulting in weight reduction. The program duration is for 21 days.

  • Panchakarma Program

Panchakarma is a cleansing mechanism using 5 sequential steps – Vamana, Virechana, Kashaya Vasti, Sneha Vasti and Nasya. The process starts with induced vomiting followed by purgation where herbs need to be consumed for cleansing. The next step involves enemas to clear your nasal passage. The program includes turmeric, sesame oil, herbs and ghee massages. Medicines are prescribed by doctors followed by a strict Saatvic diet. The total days needed for the program completion is 28 days.

  • Healthy Aging and Cleansing

The program focuses on boosting and rejuvenating the immunity system, regenerating tissues and mental health. Initially for 2 weeks the body is subjected to detoxification and cleansing. The actual process starts after that and is known alternatively as Rasayana Chikitsa. The individuals undergoing the treatment are prescribed a controlled diet. The total duration of the program is 28 days.
