A tiny village surrounded by huge mountains, Bir is a place famous for paragliding in the state of Himachal Pradesh. Located in the Dauladhar mountain range, the place is considered as one of the finest paragliding destinations in the world.  Bir is ideal if you’d like to paraglide or learn paragliding, though you can also spend a couple of days here just enjoying the scenery and the quiet. One of the favourite tourist destinations, Jammu is one of fastest developing cities in northern India known for Sri Mata Vaishno Devi Temple. The winter capital of J & K possesses mind-blowing natural landscape thus attracting a large number of tourists every year. The city has a number of Hindu temples that are believed to be of significant religious importance, such as Peer Kho Cave and Panchbhaktar temple to worship Lord Shiva. Well- known as a satellite city of Chandigarh, Mohali is a part of the three cities that together form the Chandigarh Tricity. Numerous historical Gurudwaras here sees a regular inflow of tourists and devotees. The city has several religious sites like Mansa Devi Temple, Nabha Sahib, Gurdwara Amb Sahib, Gurdwara Nada Sahib. Rose Garden, Rock Garden, Gurdwara Baoli Sahib, Gurdwara Puddha Sahib are some of the other popular tourist places. Cars and buses are the convenient options to travel to Mohali from nearby regions. Apart from all the tourist places, the biggest crowd puller will always be the Mohali cricket stadium that has a picturesque view surrounding it.

A historical and religious destination, Pathankot is one of the largest cities located in the state of Punjab. The city is the gateway to the Himalayan mountain range because of its ideal location on the foothills of Dalhousie and Kangra. There are several tourist spots in and around the city such as Nurpur Fort, built by the Pathania Rajputs 900 years ago. Manali is a hill station surrounded by high peaks in the beautiful valley of the Beas River. It’s a popular tourist destination and serves as a path to other hill stations in the north.
