The popular Rajasthani food is the combo of dal, bati and churma but there are a lot of options available for the foodies to try. Once you are settled, you will notice the hospitable servers. They will make you wash your hands before you start your meal. Numerous things are served in a specific order and you can ask anything anytime. Their conventional thali consists of khichdi, dal, bati, choorma, lassi, papad, Pachhmelri dal, gatta kadi, bajra/makki roti, everything with the generous amount of ghee.
